STA Refund & Returns Policy

STA REFUND & RETURNS POLICY – Overview

We strive for excellence in our products and customer service. Our STA refund & returns policy lasts 15 days from date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same brand new condition that you received it. Damaged returns or items not sold by STA will not be issued a refund. 

To complete your return and be issued a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS. If your item was received as a gift, the original purchaser will need to provide the proof of purchase. 

If you item has been damaged during shipping, please provide pictures along with proof of purchase. STA will either refund your purchase or replace your item (based on item availability). STA is NOT responsible for items lost in shipment. STA offers optional shipping insurance to the buyer upon checkout in order to keep costs down. Orders that are lost during shipment will be evaluated with the shipping service provider. If shipping service provider cannot locate or verify order shipment details and deems package is lost, a filing for lost package will be initiated by STA. STA will either re-send the order OR issue a refund ONLY AFTER the service provider has completed the lost package request.  

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, STA will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The refund process may take up to 3-5 days after receiving returned items. 

If your return is approved, your refund will be then processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. IMPORTANT: refunds DO NOT include the return shipping fees, original processing fees, or original shipping cost. You will be refunded the original amount of the retail sales price at the time of purchase. 

STA understands that there are unforeseen circumstances that do occur, we review refunds on a case-by-case basis.  In the scenario of an issue or specialty circumstance does occur, the refund will be discussed BEFORE approval. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund after one has been issued, first check with your bank, credit card company or online accounts again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sytyapparel@gmail.com so that we may look further into the refund.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

PROCESSING FEES

Processing fees associated with orders WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. This includes canceling and refunding accidental double orders BEFORE items are shipped.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs associated with orders WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. This includes the original shipping cost to the customer and the return shipping cost back to STA. Refunds will only include the original amount of the retail sales price at the time of purchase. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at sytyapparel@gmail.com 

Shipping returns

To return your product, email sytyapparel@gmail.com for address information.

You (the buyer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Processing fees from the original order will also NOT BE REFUNDED.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you (the buyer) may consider using a trackable shipping service AND purchasing shipping insurance. STA is NOT RESPONSIBLE for items that are lost shipping back to us. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
